Sharon Harris, Acting Manager. Sharon has worked in the care industry for more than 18years. Starting in Domiciliary care, then moving to a Nursing Home, where she quickly became Senior carer and had the opportunity to undertake her Nursing degree which she passed with Merit in May 2019. Sharon relocated to Devon 4 years ago and managed a small residential home in North Devon, before joining Barton Place Nursing Home. Sharon strives to be the best she can at all she does. Fun fact about Sharon: She loves anything pink, (trust us, anything!).
Annie Kidd, Operations Manager. Annie has worked in the care sector for 28 years. She has worked her way up the care ladder to which for the last 14 years she has been a Registered Manager caring for the elderly and adults with learning disabilities. The care industry has and is facing many challenges and changes, Annie is thoroughly enjoying playing her part within this ever-changing profession. Annie's passion for the staff and resident's experience at Barton Place plays a key part in her busy role as Operations Manager. Fun Fact about Annie – “My life is hugely inspired by my family and my ever so much love for football. I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds with my family and being at Barton Place."
